Story Board for music video

In order to plan out the content, shots and locations for my music video I have created a storyboard consiting of 67 different shots. Although the order of these shots may change and be manipulated when editing my music video, this is just a guideline to further organise my video shoot and avoid wasting time. I drew each picture very simple with the relevant action clearly displayed and noted down the duration of the shot, a description of the content and the specific camera shot/angle.

Here have created an animatic of my storyboard in order to show a realistic vision of what my video will be like. I created this on Windows live movie maker on my home computer, but will use the Adobe Premier Pro editing suite at college to construct my actual music video. I imported pictures off my video camera (as it has the ability to capture stills) and then dragged them into the correct order on the timeline. I then added the track 'So here we are' by Bloc Party which i have chosen for my music video, to cut the pictures to the beat. I used various pans, zooms and fades to make my storyboard more interactive and show how my music video will be like and I also used an effect which highlights the outlines of my drawings in white so that it stands out and looks interesting for my audience to watch.
